ZENT™ Access & Permissions

To activate your ZENT™ Command Center and begin execution, complete the access steps below.

These permissions allow us to operate on your behalf and remove operational noise from your day.

If a section does not apply to your current setup, you may skip it.

Required Access Checklist

1. Email Access (REQUIRED)

We do not send emails on your behalf without approval.

Grant access to your primary email so we can manage inbound communication.

If using Gmail:

• Add [email protected] as a delegated user

OR

• Grant access via Google Workspace if preferred

If using Outlook:

• Share mailbox access with edit permissions

2. Calendar Access (REQUIRED)

Share your primary calendar with edit permissions so we can manage scheduling.

• Google Calendar → Share with edit access

• Outlook → Delegate calendar access

3. CRM / Client Management (IF APPLICABLE)

If you don’t currently use a CRM, you can skip this step.

If you use a CRM, please invite us with appropriate access.

Examples:

• GoHighLevel

• HubSpot

• Salesforce

4. Team Communication (OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED)

If you use Slack or Teams, invite us to the workspace and any relevant channels.

5. Task / Project Tools (OPTIONAL)

If you use Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc., grant access to active projects.

6. Anything Else We Should Access?

If there are other tools we should be aware of, bring them to the onboarding call.

Once access is complete, we’ll review everything and confirm next steps during your onboarding call.
